Jaquet Droz, a Swiss watchmaker and designer Shirley Zhang, announced their new minute repeater watch, in company with its NFT counterpart, at the initial Shanghai Jiahe winter auction. The auction held outstanding results, with more than 87% of 2,600 lots sold over 21 sessions. Among those was the Shirley Grande Seconde Minute Repeater, alongside the NFT counterpart.
The Shirley Grande Seconde Minute Repeater and the NFT soon attracted new collectors at the Shanghai Jiahe auction and was sold for CHF 530,413 – more than double the initial value.
