More than 20 years ago, Sarah Jessica Parker turned Fendi’s Baguette into a fashion timepiece in the TV series Sex and the City. That happened thanks to Carrie Bradshaw – a character she plays, who catapulted the handbag into It-bag status in the series when she said “This isn’t a bag; this is a Baguette!”.
Now, over 20 years later, the American actress and Fendi partnered and created a sequined Baguette while honouring their link to the character of Carrie Bradshaw and Sex and the City. The $4,300 limited-edition Baguette is covered in fuchsia paillettes and sparks in an unmistakable rectangular shape. The piece debuted on episode 9 of the world-known series called And Just Like That…
