On March 11, 2022, Burberry revealed its Autumn/Winter 2022 collection at the brand’s first runway show in two years. The collection celebrates British culture and focuses on the contrast of city with country and pageantry with punk. Also, the Autumn/Winter 2022 collection marks the concept of Britishness as a mindset – adventurous and dynamic.
The brand took inspiration from London – the brand’s homeland for over 130 years – the womenswear and menswear pieces are playful and traditional at the same time. The classic British traditions and hallmarks are explored in silhouettes and young fabrications. The collection highlights Burberry’s icons, such as Equestrian Knight Design and oak leaf crest.
