Mango, a leading European fashion brand, is expanding its US presence with a new store in Texas. Located at Memorial City Mall in West Houston, the store is the first in the state and part of Mango’s broader US expansion plan. The store will exclusively stock Mango’s Woman line and feature the brand’s Mediterranean-inspired store concept, New Med.
Daniel López, Mango’s Director of Expansion and Franchises, expressed his excitement about the brand’s physical presence in Texas and hinted at further expansion in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and McAllen. Danna Diamond, VP of retail leasing for MetroNational, praised Mango’s innovative and sustainable practices.
The Texas store is part of Mango’s plan to open approximately 15 new stores in the US in 2023, with a focus on the West and South. The brand will also debut in Georgia this week with a store in Atlanta’s Perimeter Mall and plans to open several stores in California, including four in Los Angeles.
