Tiffany & Co was founded in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany and John B. Young in Brooklyn. Patek Philippe is the last family-owned Swiss luxury watch manufacturer located in Canton of Geneva and the Vallée de Joux. Wilsdorf and Davis was a company founded in London in 1905 by Alfred Davis and his brother-in-law Hans Wilsdorf. This company was focusing on wristwatches, which weren’t worn at that time. In 1908, Wilsdorf registered the new brand trademark “Rolex” and opened an office in Switzerland. It is one of the oldest watches manufactured in the world. The company is named after its founder, Jean-Marc Vacheron, who was an independent watchmaker in Geneva.
