Zara launches new Store Mode app in the UK

At the beginning of July 2021, Zara announced the launch of a new app feature. This feature allows UK customers to search and browse all items in a store, helping them find out which ones are available for them. It also allows buying clothes from a specific collection in advance, booking your fitting room in the store and locating the items in the store that you’ve seen online.

This new functional feature can be also used in 30 stores in Germany and Italy and 10 stores in France and is now slowly starting to be used in Russia, Poland and the US.
